HALF-DAY TOUR WITH WATERFALL VISIT

During the ride, you’ll enjoy beautiful views of the Costa Rican countryside and have the chance to take photos of the lush natural surroundings. You may even hear toucans singing and spot a variety of local wildlife and native plants along the way.

Children under 4 years old can ride with a parent or with a guide and may join the tour free of charge. Children over 5 years old may ride their own horse at the discretion of their parents. They will be assigned a gentle, well-trained horse.

At the end of the trail, you’ll arrive at a scenic waterfall with a natural swimming pool — the perfect spot to take a refreshing dip and relax.

Here's relevant information about the tour:

• Pick up time around 7:45 - 8:00 AM, and you'll be back by approximately 12:45 PM.

• Tour duration: The horseback ride to the waterfall takes about 1 hour, with time to swim and relax at the waterfall before riding back (another hour).

• Route: The ride follows a scenic rural path along the Naranjo River, through the Naranjo River Biological Corridor.

• Tour inclusions: Bilingual staff, round-trip transportation, breakfast and lunch.

• Family-Friendly: The comfortable duration and pace make it ideal for families, including small children.

We recommend wearing long pants, sturdy shoes, swim suit, and a change of clothes and a towel, if you plan to swim at the waterfall, sunscreen and insect repellent.
